Responsibilities
- Correspondence with agents or carriers for additional information needed and handling renewal reminder letters
- Requesting company-issued endorsements
- Prepping files
- Binding in the Binding Portals and processing completely through our in-house system
- Consistently demonstrate a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude while performing job duties
- Invoicing and typing Brokerage Endorsements
- reputed company the technical and administrative assistance required to support the attainment of stated office-wide objectives in conjunction with service standards
- Providing timely and accurate customer service
Skills
- At least 1 year of prior insurance experience, prior experience should include either wholesale brokerage/MGA, retail insurance agency, or insurance company experience
- Knowledge and experience of personal lines insurance, including: terminology and technical procedures
- Knowledge of reputed company-based software applications and basic typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of basic P&C insurance, forms, endorsements, rating methods, and terminology is preferred
