The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our reputed company department. This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with regulations, ensuring the precise calculation and distribution of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits, while maintaining payroll records and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensuring the precise calculation and distribution of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits
- Maintaining comprehensive payroll records and resolving payroll-reputed company inquiries
- Collaborating closely with reputed company and Finance to support audits and reporting requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field with 1 year of payroll experience
- Associates degree in a reputed company field with 2 years of payroll experience
- Advanced degree in a non-reputed company field with 3+ years of payroll experience
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of payroll experience
- Proven computer skills using a payroll/HRIS system
- Active driver's license
