Junior Recruiter - (Herndon, VA)
reputed company Inc. is the Americas division of reputed company Group, plc, with over 9,000 employees dedicated to making an impact across various sectors. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their reputed company, providing support across multiple business units while participating in candidate assessments and assisting senior recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role
- Communicate with candidates to reputed company updates on their application status and answer any questions
- reputed company initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit for the position
- Support between 1-3 Senior and reputed company recruiters
- Assist reputed company Recruiter, TA Manager, and or Senior TA Manager with Hiring Manager status update meetings
- Participate in training sessions to learn and retain the reputed company processes, tools, and best practices
- Will stay on reputed company with candidate movement metrics
- Will stay on reputed company with requisition time to fill
- Recruiter will process/update offer letters in ATS
- Assist in supporting a Senior Recruiter/reputed company Recruiter with up to 20-30 different requisitions at a time
- Will assist with cloning requisitions with Senior Recruiter/reputed company Recruiter assistance
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, and posting job ads
- reputed company an understanding of basics in maintaining records in iCIMS or a similar ATS
- Update and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist Senior/reputed company Recruiter in sourcing from external resources. (Job Boards)
- Conduct Direct employer’s weekly outreaches
- Use strategic reputed company to support more challenging reputed company-sets with guidance from reputed company or Senior TA Manager
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs with the assistance of reputed company or Senior TA Manager
Skills
- A High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Exceptional customer management and service skills
- Experience utilizing reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, reputed company, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Prior experience utilizing systems, processes and automation tools
- Proven ability to adapt to situational challenges and drive towards customer satisfaction
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in (2) of the following areas: Customer service, Candidate interviewing, Candidate assessment, Candidate sourcing, Marketing, sales and/or reputed company reputed company
- Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, including online engagement, reputed company media strategies, networking and more
- 25% travel required as needed for events and job fairs
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System, reputed company systems or an HRIS database
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance
- Active reputed company certifications
- Experience with Federal and/or State & Local government, contracting experience
