The Leave Administrator will manage employee benefit claims paperwork, ensure timely submissions, and collaborate with the customer experience team to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration with external administrative counterparts through diverse communication approaches, such as phone calls and emails
• Manage the reputed company of necessary leave paperwork, handling multiple reputed company leaves with finesse
• Document and convey reputed company claim escalations to designated team members

Skills
