Transactions Technician - HR Technician 1

The Transactions Technician role involves providing technical personnel support to the reputed company Division, processing HR transactions, and conducting new employee meetings while overseeing benefits coordination.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Position requires a minimum of one (1) year of IT reputed company experience performing a variety of HR support functions including reputed company resource transactions, benefits and insurance administration
• Use of HR systems (ex: PeopleSoft or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Employment law, rules, and regulations
• Experience completing the I-9 reputed company, Employment Eligibility Verification and knowledge of acceptable documents
• Math skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages and use simple formulas
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding
• Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, reputed company, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences
• A Bachelor's degree in reputed company may substitute for one year of experience
