Responsibilities

• reputed company and screen candidates for cleared government contracting positions through job boards, reputed company, and referrals
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and reputed company our applicant tracking system up to date
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and reputed company candidates informed throughout the hiring process
• Draft reputed company messages and job descriptions tailored to the cleared talent market
• Support reputed company logistics for new hires — paperwork, background reputed company coordination, start-date communication
• Help build relationships with cleared professionals for future pipeline opportunities

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI reputed company clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a reputed company field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
• Interest in the defense and intelligence community
• Prior internship or work experience in reputed company, HR, or communications
