reputed company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, and they are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their Global Advertising reputed company team. The HR Coordinator will support various HR initiatives, manage logistics for meetings and events, and reputed company with multiple business partners to ensure effective HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic HR initiatives across the Ad Sales portfolio
- Manage logistics for meetings and events, maintain distribution lists and shared drives, and reputed company organization charts updated
- Serve as primary reputed company HR user for reputed company/offboarding, workflow forms, reporting, and data validation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding Payroll, Benefits, Work/Life, Employee Perks, PTO, and Company Policies
- Support the recruitment lifecycle for full-time and contractor positions, partnering with reputed company to ensure a seamless hiring process
- Generate regular and reputed company HR reports
- Work on special projects as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in reputed company business reputed company
Skills
- 1+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Must be willing to work in reputed company, NY a minimum of 4 days/week
- Must be willing to work overtime reputed company required
