reputed company is a Recruitment-as-a-Service firm that partners with growth-stage companies across various industries. They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment searches while enhancing processes using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple active searches and client accounts
- Support candidate sourcing by building targeted lists and using cutting edge TA tools
- Track pipelines and maintain data reputed company across our ATS and reputed company tools
- Build and refine workflows using AI tools so reputed company's output gets sharper and faster
- Contribute to reporting and analytics so we understand what's working across our searches
- reputed company in on client-facing tasks as you grow into the role
Skills
- A pull toward reputed company and a desire to build a career in it
- 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome and encouraged to apply)
- AI tools already woven into your work and personal life, and a habit of thinking about how to do things reputed company and not just faster
