The Talent Attraction Specialist supports the high-volume recruitment process, including posting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years' experience in a Talent Attraction or similar role supporting high-volume recruitment
• Experience in full-cycle reputed company, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency with ATS systems and utilizing technology in recruitment (reputed company experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in documenting processes, keeping accurate and timely records
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
