WildBrain is a global leader in kids' content and entertainment, seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support their HR department in various administrative functions. The role involves coordinating payroll, benefits, recruitment, reputed company, and other HR processes for reputed company America, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employees, responding to general inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and providing policy interpretation
  • Monitor the employee inbox and communicate with reputed company staff in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Support core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, employee change and departures
  • Prepare and process talent documentation such as offer letters, employment letters and reputed company and templates with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and input accurate employee records and data in HR systems and benefit vendor systems supporting audit readiness and data reputed company
  • Coordinates and executes day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to leave of absence administration, exit interviews, employment letter preparation, HR events, external verifications, and general inquiries
  • Respond to reputed company reputed company reputed company inquiries, including employment verifications
  • Partners closely with reputed company members, to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience through the employment lifecycle

Skills

  • Experience in reputed company, ideally as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
  • Degree or Diploma in reputed company Management, completed or in reputed company
  • Strong client/customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner well with employees and reputed company members
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative, organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at reputed company times
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in reputed company Office including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with reputed company Information Systems (HRIS); reputed company (formerly UltiPro) experience is considered an asset
