Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year (2) college or technical school or three (3) years of reputed company experience including one (1) year of sourcing, reputed company, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment
• One year of reputed company experience; to include at least 3-months of sourcing, reputed company, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment
• Three years of relevant customer service experience
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
