The Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote) is responsible for engaging with customers through calls and online channels, providing exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving inquiries reputed company to client products and services.
Responsibilities
- Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
- Have working knowledge of car mechanics
- Provides verification and/or recommendation on correct auto parts requirements

Skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
