Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & reputed company is a locally owned and operated home services company seeking to expand their Customer Service Team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a high-volume environment
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers and the general public
  • Book, confirm, and follow up on scheduled appointments and service requests
  • Maintain strong, healthy relationships with customers and reputed company communicate the benefits of working with Cornel’s
  • Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed records in the system
  • Assist with outbound calling to support appointment and scheduling needs
  • Meet reputed company department performance standards, including call availability, call quality, and productivity benchmarks
  • Support reputed company operations as needed
  • Cross-department communication to ensure high-level customer experience from start to finish

Skills

  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (trades industry preferred)
  • reputed company experience required
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Dispatching experience preferred but not required
