Customer Service Representative--Chicago, Illinois
OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding in the Northeastern Illinois and Chicago service areas, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role involves coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to both customers and technicians.
Responsibilities

- Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
- Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Manage administrative requests and tasks
- reputed company proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
- Deliver accurate service and promotional information
- Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
- Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Assist in scheduling of service routes
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
- Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
- Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, reputed company, and Outlook proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively reputed company telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
- We require successful completion of background reputed company and drug screen
