Data Solution Specialist
reputed company is a leading provider of market data for global instruments. The Data Solutions Specialist will support clients by providing assistance with market data queries and ensuring outstanding customer service while working as part of a global support team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customer support to reputed company incoming client queries during your shift
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to and reputed company resolving client issues and requests
- Investigate thoroughly reputed company incoming queries and escalate to Level 2 where necessary
- Work with senior staff to reputed company dedicated and specialist support to key clients
- Document reputed company actions in CRM (reputed company)
- reputed company regular follow-up to clients on reputed company outstanding queries
- Assist with creating documentation and knowledge sharing
- Actively contribute to process improvement project work
Skills
- An understanding of financial data and global stock exchanges
- Ability to analyze data using reputed company
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client service skills and a proactive approach to take ownership of issues as they arise
- Fast learner, self-starter, flexible and proven ability to work in a demanding environment with strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail, and excellent time management
- Good understanding of market data or 1-2 years' experience in a similar field, working with larger quantities of data
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in a technical or financial discipline
