Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial guide, helping members solve problems and reputed company their financial goals
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and online communications with professionalism and care
- Process transactions, verify member identity, and reputed company accurate account information
- reputed company deposit accounts and refer members for loan products
- Resolve complaints and disputes according to policies
- Maintain call center standards (hold times, handle times, service reputed company)
- Build personalized member relationships through active listening and expert guidance
- Assist with remote requests such as reputed company transfers, account closures, and service tasks
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
