This role involves assisting Account Managers, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily servicing needs to ensure strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials
Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner
Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate documentation reputed company internal systems
Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests
Assist with claims tracking and reputed company reporting
reputed company backup support for phones and reputed company desk reputed company needed
Participate in training and team development sessions

Skills

High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-reputed company roles
Familiarity with systems such as AMS360
