Customer Service Representative
Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company is currently seeking a detail and people-oriented individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents, and providers to reputed company information regarding claim benefits, policy status, and billing in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers
- Provides information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible
- Uses various internal systems to reputed company information
Skills
- Customer Service experience, call center preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college preferred
- reputed company to work independently and reputed company a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail plus ability to navigate reputed company multiple systems
- Experience with reputed company Office Word
- Bilingual – Spanish a plus
