[Remote] Client Operations Associate

As a Contract and Administration Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration in support of the reputed company process, including managing supplier reputed company and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up supplier reputed company & supplier pricing terms
• Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services
• reputed company updates to internal database systems
• Initiate communications with internal teams and customer reputed company
• Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance

Skills

• Relevant experience in customer support and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and reputed company to work reputed company challenging time frames
• Excellent phone reputed company, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work
