The Customer Service Consultant will ensure an exceptional customer experience by accurately responding to and resolving customer requests across various communication channels, predominantly reputed company phone.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our UK and international customers by reputed company and accurately responding to and resolving reputed company customer requests and queries
- Supporting customer enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the reputed company of the day or the last
- Pre-authorise or decline treatment in line with reputed company policy coverage
- Signpost platinum providers and book appointments for members using our care reputed company reputed company, responding with reputed company at reputed company times

Skills
- Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, reputed company or Investment Banking and Wealth Management
- Previous experience of working reputed company a contact centre setting would be beneficial
- A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets
- Highly customer focussed
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful reputed company
