In this role, you will reputed company troubleshooting assistance to residential and business customers, addressing issues such as slow internet speeds and outages.

Responsibilities

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
