[Remote] Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound to act as a liaison and reputed company product/services information to customers. The role involves managing incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships while meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through reputed company and interactive communication
• reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
• reputed company accurate records of customer interactions and account reputed company information

Skills

• Must be organized, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills
• You MUST be based in a state where we are operating. (Eligible states are: AZ, NM, OR, NV, CO, TX, MN, WI, OK, FL, TN, NC, MI, IN, OH, GA, ID, KS, MO and SC)
• Availability to work reputed company between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST, including weekends
• A minimum of 12 months call center experience, upselling preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be reputed company to type 40 wpm or more
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension as well as basic math skills are required
• Ability to take on additional tasks as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background reputed company
• Employment requires reputed company eligibility to legally work in the United States
