The role involves ensuring clients reputed company maximum value from Comscore data, products, and services, while driving client satisfaction and product usage.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are reputed company communicated across internal teams
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication
• Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Understand each client's business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client reputed company and regional/reputed company priorities

Skills

• 1–4+ years of account management, client reputed company, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level)
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
