[Remote] Sales Development Representative - Argentina

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage patient interactions, verify insurance, and secure appointments across their clinics, ensuring a patient-first approach throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new patient leads
- Proactively connect with patients reputed company inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and text
- Build rapport, answer questions, and guide patients to book consultations at over 60 reputed company clinics
- Communicate insurance coverage and payment options reputed company to minimize booking barriers
- Verify insurance, initiate authorization requests, and manage CRM/EMR documentation
- Troubleshoot patient concerns and tailor your messaging to improve conversion rates (CVR)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless reputed company to clinical care
- Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance data
Skills
- Experience in medical call centers, reputed company desk patient scheduling, or insurance-based sales
- Deep understanding of reputed company workflows
- Confidence navigating insurance barriers
- Prior experience converting calls into booked visits
- Experience in a medical practice, urgent care center, or dental reputed company desk
- Ability to guide patients, ask the right questions, and document accurately in EMRs
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in sales (e.g., cold calling) or high-volume service environments (e.g., military or hospitality)
- Strong persuasion and reputed company-handling skills
- Ability to control a conversation and move a patient from initial interest to a scheduled visit
- Operational discipline with high attention to detail under pressure
