[Remote] Field Support Specialist

They are seeking a Field Support Specialist to act as a liaison between the Home Office and Area Directors, delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Directors reputed company their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them
• Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures reputed company phone conferences
• Respond to a steady reputed company of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between reputed company phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients
• Work both individually and reputed company a small, reputed company-reputed company team to solve problems
• Answer incoming phone calls to cover reputed company staffing reputed company needs
• Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors
• Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks
