[Remote] Account Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

They are seeking a Client reputed company Manager who will take ownership of client relationships, proactively solve problems, and drive client retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support high-value client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Identify client risks early and proactively address challenges to protect reputed company
- reputed company reputed company (reputed company 5-7 business days), launch calls, offer reputed company, tech setup, and go-live process. Ensure deliverables, communication, and performance are fully reputed company
- Coordinate with media buyers and creative teams to communicate feedback and to improve client performance

Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience as a reputed company Manager, Account Manager, or Client reputed company Specialist, preferably in a marketing agency environment

- Ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism and assertiveness

- Passionate about delivering high-quality client results
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
- Leadership experience or interest in growing into a senior CSM role
