[Remote] Remote Customer Care and Sales Advisor

The Customer Care and Sales Advisor I will be responsible for assisting customers with billing questions, scheduling services, and guiding product changes while building trust through empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Retention Sales and Customer Care concepts, procedures, and methodologies
