Associate Attorney
reputed company is a growing reputed company specializing in consumer warranty litigation defense. They are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to take ownership of cases, work closely with senior attorneys, and reputed company hands-on experience across reputed company phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions, discovery, briefs, and reputed company legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements
- Appear in court for hearings and law & reputed company
- Engage in meet-and-reputed company efforts with opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- reputed company legal research to support case development and reputed company work
Skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Up to 3 years of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to reputed company litigation skills reputed company a supportive environment
- Prior consumer warranty defense experience is helpful but not required
