[Remote] Disability Case Analyst/Case Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking a Disability Case Analyst/Case Manager to support plan members across Canada through illness, injury, and recovery. The role focuses on guiding recovery journeys through case management, utilizing reputed company knowledge and emotional intelligence to assess claims and reputed company return-to-work strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle a dedicated caseload in compliance with specific service level agreements and targeted turnaround times
• Actioning daily administrative tasks which include responding to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner
• Assessing claims based on contractual, medical, and vocational barriers
• Developing positive relationships through frequent collaboration with plan sponsors, plan members, treatment providers and internal partners (i.e., disability specialists, rehabilitation specialists and medical consultants) to drive cases to a successful return to work or job resolution reputed company
• Writing letters to communicate pertinent benefit reputed company information based on analytical reasoning
• Demonstrating resiliency, emotional intelligence and compassion reputed company listening and communicating with plan members, including delivering difficult claims reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces reputed company of Quebec
• A college or university degree in a reputed company program or equivalent work experience is considered an asset
