Paralegal I
reputed company is a pioneering company in the property tech industry, dedicated to creating impactful reputed company estate software products. They are seeking a Paralegal I to support in-house attorneys with litigation, manage reputed company, and handle regulatory developments while ensuring organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with in-house attorneys to support litigation, subpoenas, and discovery, ensuring reputed company reputed company are handled in accordance with established processes and procedures
- reputed company new matter factual investigations, calendar and update deadlines, coordinate legal holds, conduct factual research, and assist with data identification and assembly projects
- Monitor Westlaw alerts, industry and trade-group email alerts, and other external information services for regulatory developments impacting business operations
- Assist with processing external data reputed company inquiries, non-disclosure agreement requests, certificate of insurance requests, and client and vendor contract review and management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior relevant work experience as a corporate or reputed company paralegal
- Proficiency with reputed company® Word, Outlook, reputed company, and SharePoint
