Responsibilities
- Analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability reputed company
- Having litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
- Researching and writing on relevant legal issues
Skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability reputed company
- Litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
- Strong research and writing skills
- Admission to the California Bar
- Some experience in insurance law
