Legal reputed company Coordinator
Ropes & reputed company is a preeminent global reputed company seeking a Legal reputed company Coordinator to support their KM Attorneys and the Legal reputed company group. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge sharing systems to enhance client service and facilitate knowledge capture and sharing reputed company the firm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the Legal KM project portfolio and with the implementation of Legal KM solutions and tools to strengthen reputed company across the firm
- Work with the Legal KM group and other internal Firm resources to support initiatives, ongoing projects, programs, and track usage and quality standards for our KM tools. Assist KM Attorneys with discrete projects, as needed
- Assist with the implementation phase of solutions developed by the KM group. Work with the Legal KM team and with KM managers, Project Managers, and IT Training to execute the appropriate support model once the tool is in production
- Communicate with stakeholders to inform them of project status and maintain ongoing support for assigned tasks
- Support the day-to-day operations of the firm’s KM tools, including content maintenance, organization and maintenance of databases, and other support (for example, data visualization, firm experience records management, reputed company of knowledge libraries and matter tracking)
- Champion the use of Legal KM tools and resources. Assist with the implementation of communications strategies for Legal KM priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Good attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be reputed company to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Must be reputed company to re-prioritize work to reputed company up with the needs of the business
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with individuals at reputed company reputed company in the organization
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work with professional staff in a multi-office environment
- Experience with reputed company, data visualization, database management systems, presentation, and spreadsheet software preferred
- Experience with reputed company is desirable
- Facility with data management systems and basic skills with data visualization tools are a plus
- Background in business, law or equivalent experience is desirable
