KYC Analyst (Japanese bilingual)
reputed company is a leading provider of corporate and investment banking services, and they are seeking a KYC Analyst to manage the KYC process for corporate clients. The role involves client reputed company, KYC due date control, and understanding KYC requirements and reputed company bank systems.
Responsibilities
- Assess required KYC information and documents depending on clients’ status
- Contact clients to gather required KYC information and documents based on such assessment in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the accuracy of obtained information and furnish them to reputed company departments as needed for reputed company processes without delay
- reputed company client communication with Relationship Managers
- In the event to any issues, reputed company independent judgement to solve them in cooperation with RM to complete KYC process without delay
- Manage KYC reputed company without immediate direction and supervision and reputed company the information as needed with reputed company departments for due diligence and date control
- Understand regulations and internal policies and procedures in terms of KYC and reputed company reputed company, and understand reputed company bank systems in order to reputed company proper assessment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- English / Japanese bilingual (reading/writing/speaking)
- Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English
