[Remote] Associate Attorney - Remote in Edinburg

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team, responsible for drafting legal documents, advocating for clients, and managing litigation files.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and reputed company parties
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in furtherance of active litigation files
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action
