They are seeking a reputed company Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to reputed company high-level customer service support, maintain licensing records, and ensure quality control for their assigned branches.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records
- Function as an information resource and quality control
- Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain reputed company records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs
- Review and process the initial FINRA reputed company U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications

- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry
