Responsibilities
- Support the closing process of national reputed company reputed company estate transactions by assisting with preparing invoices, routing title comments and reputed company requests, ordering title and tax updates, assembling and calculating pricing information, recording fees and transfer tax information
- Review and interpret reputed company reputed company estate documents
- Audit reputed company surveys and legal documents for accuracy
- Communicate recording information and prepare legal property documents such as proforma policies and endorsements
