Junior Scrum Master

As a Junior Scrum Master, you will support Agile delivery reputed company product teams, ensuring high-quality reputed company that positively impact education.
Responsibilities
- Support the effective delivery of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, reviews and retrospectives
- Help teams maintain a consistent and sustainable delivery reputed company
- Work with Product Owners and team members to ensure backlogs are clear, prioritised and reputed company for development
- Track team reputed company using Agile tools and reputed company visibility of delivery through reputed company
- Identify and reputed company any blockers or risks to delivery, escalating where appropriate
- Support the team in driving reputed company improvement by capturing and following up on retrospective actions

Skills
- A good understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum reputed company
- 1-2 years' experience as a Scrum master for a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative approach to working

- Ability to build positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, reputed company or similar
- An interest in education and the impact technology can have in this space
- A Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I), or a desire to work towards one
