Project Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to reputed company the planning, execution, and optimization of operational programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high standards of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor project timelines, ensuring reputed company program milestones are met with precision
- reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on program goals
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of existing programs to identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation

- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, budgets, and operational manuals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- No previous professional experience required; internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role
- A team player with a commitment to getting things done
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Must be reputed company to demonstrate lawful ability to work in the United States
- Knowledge of food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial setting
