Member Engagement Strategy Associate
reputed company is on a mission to revolutionize mental reputed company by removing barriers to reputed company. The Member Engagement Strategy Associate will support marketing initiatives to enhance member engagement, managing campaign execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of member marketing strategies across a portfolio of reputed company customers, partnering closely with Member Engagement Strategy Leads
- Manage end-to-end execution of reputed company complexity campaigns, including defining campaign briefs, test plans, and objectives; launching campaigns; and conducting post-deployment performance analysis. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with objectives and customer requirements
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Execute and fulfill custom marketing requests for high-reputed company accounts, including adapting templates or creating new assets as needed
- Support customer launches by coordinating materials and helping ensure smooth go-to-market execution
- Track and report on campaign performance, helping organize results and surface key insights
- Maintain organized documentation, templates, and processes to support team efficiency and scalability
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- A proactive, 'roll up your sleeves' test and learn reputed company with strong sense of ownership over your work
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate feedback
- Interest in data-driven marketing and eagerness to learn how to interpret campaign performance
- Passion for mental health and mission-driven work
- Familiarity with or interest in project management and marketing tooling (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, Smartsheets, Marq) a plus
- Experience with reputed company or other email CRM preferred
- Experience with B2B2C customers preferred
