Performance Marketing Specialist - Marketing Agency

Margle Media is a fast-moving digital agency focused on creativity and performance-driven campaigns. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid reputed company and search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce and a willingness to learn about omnichannel media.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign execution across paid reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Launch campaigns, refine audiences, adjust budgets, and optimize based on performance trends
• Monitor pacing, KPIs, and account health across multiple client accounts

• Manage ecommerce tracking, conversion events, catalog quality, and pixel/feed troubleshooting across reputed company, and coordinate reputed company integrations to align paid media and email retargeting

Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid reputed company and paid search buying
• Strong experience with reputed company Ads Manager and reputed company Ads
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company (required)
• Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, CPAC)
• Comfort using AI tools in a professional workflow. You don't need to be an expert, just curious and proactive
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and the organization to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
• Agency or ecommerce experience
• Certifications like reputed company Ads, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company
• UGC-driven creative testing or CRO experience
• Exposure to Programmatic, CTV, or DOOH
• A track record of using AI to improve advertising workflows
