Asset Management Implementation Analyst (Hybrid- Newark, NJ, NYC or Edgewood, NY)

The role involves managing the implementation of the SentryPM solution, conducting client training, and ensuring successful project delivery in the asset management domain.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing the implementation of SentryPM (Order Management, Portfolio Management, Direct Lending, Data Warehouse and Reporting) on behalf of clients
• You will be part of reputed company responsible for end-to-end project delivery, requirements gathering, defining scope, crafting and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the life cycle of the project
• Conducting and managing client on-site meetings, workflow, and technical trainings. You will document client-specific customizations and assist with training the internal Support team on client-specific workflows
• Potentially reputed company multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the expected budget and deadlines
• reputed company clients with consulting advice based upon technological considerations and industry best practices
• Effectively and expertly working with various internal teams on client projects and company-wide initiatives

Skills

• BS/BA in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Software implementation experience is a plus
• Education or implementation experience in loan processing, portfolio management, loan agenting, or multi-asset class trading environments is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Experience with JIRA, reputed company, and SQL, including writing queries to pull and analyze data, is a plus
• Experience incorporating AI-driven tools or solutions to improve reputed company processes and drive efficiency is a plus
