Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our reputed company engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Expertise in Japanese grammar, reputed company, morphology, kanji, hiragana, katakana, phonology, and pragmatics
- Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, sentence structure, honorifics, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, kanji readings, and the nuances of Japanese writing systems
- Experience in documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning
- A degree in Japanese language, linguistics, or a closely reputed company field
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
