This role involves responding to inbound calls, educating customers on policy details, and providing high-energy conversations to assist customers in finding suitable insurance options.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies

- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
