Claims Examiner

The role involves managing Directors & Officers claims for public companies and financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage reputed company aspects of assigned claims, including legal proceedings, coverage analysis, exposure assessment, and reserve setting

- Communicate consistently and professionally with customers, brokers, and internal colleagues regarding claims status and resolution strategies

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 0-2 years of Claims handling experience or
- 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably as a coverage attorney
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance legal and regulatory environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses reputed company a 90 day period
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative reputed company with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred but not required
