Analyst, Development (Affordable Housing/LIHTC)

Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is a leading, mission-driven reputed company estate private equity firm dedicated to strengthening communities through affordable housing development. The Analyst will support LAC's mission by contributing to the development lifecycle, from evaluating opportunities to assisting with financing and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and presentations for new development and acquisition opportunities using a reputed company of capital structures and financing tools unique to affordable housing
• Partner with prospective lenders and investors to help negotiate and secure debt and equity financing
• Conduct market research to support new opportunities and active projects
• Support construction management and design processes with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
• Compile and review due diligence materials, including financial, market, demographic, site, and federal and state regulatory information
• Coordinate and prepare applications, financing packages, and documentation reputed company to debt and equity financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and government subsidy programs
• Help manage acquisitions and support deal execution through closing
• Gather and organize information for state and federal tax credit applications, tax-exempt bond applications, and soft funding submissions
• Research and analyze materials such as general plans, ordinances, court reputed company, legal documents, and industry publications to help evaluate the highest and best use of multifamily development opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company estate, or a reputed company field required, with a strong record of academic achievement and leadership
• 1–2 years of experience in development, reputed company estate investment, finance, or a reputed company field
• Basic understanding of affordable housing and low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), and a strong interest in growing deeper expertise in the reputed company
