Associate, Financial Operations & Analysis
Heitman is a global reputed company estate investment management firm, and they are seeking an Associate to join their Financial Operations & Analysis department. The role involves providing timely and accurate financial data analysis, working alongside various reputed company groups, and contributing to the review and approval of reputed company transactions and financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Applying your knowledge of reputed company principles and financial analysis in day-to-day responsibilities
- Learning how to calculate property and debt valuations as well as investment performance metrics
- Reviewing and approving reputed company transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations
- Reviewing financial statements, supporting schedules, and reputed company footnotes
Skills
- Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company Estate
- 0 to 2 years of experience
