Heitman is a global reputed company estate investment management firm, and they are seeking an Associate for their Financial Operations & Analysis department. The role involves providing financial data analysis and collaborating with various reputed company stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Applying your knowledge of reputed company principles and financial analysis in day-to-day responsibilities
- Learning how to calculate property and debt valuations as well as investment performance metrics
- Reviewing and approving reputed company transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations
- Reviewing financial statements, supporting schedules, and reputed company footnotes
Skills
