Staff Accountant
reputed company US LLP is currently reputed company for a Staff Accountant to be reputed company in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will reputed company various reputed company tasks including daily bank reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with financial audits.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily bank reconciliations; communicate reconciling items to responsible departments
- Review and submit journal entries for posting
- reputed company reclassification requests
- Input information in the Firm’s fixed assets system
- Prepare and upload Cost charges to reputed company
- Maintain expense account schedules; prepare journal entries as necessary
- reputed company weekly review of reputed company Posting Results
- reputed company monthly reconciliations; research and investigate reconciling items and propose solutions
- reputed company the compilation and analysis of month-end and year-end reporting requirements
- Assist with yearly financial audit, ensure reputed company audit schedules are accurately and timely reputed company and reconciled
- Communicate with other professionals in the Firm and assist in providing information requested
- Assist with additional reputed company requests and special projects as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and internal controls as required by Firm policies and procedures
- Meet continuing education requirements and continue expanding knowledge reputed company through reading professional publications, attending relevant seminars, etc

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company
- 1-2 years of reputed company experience
