Financial Analyst
Basin Street Properties is a fully integrated reputed company estate development and operating company committed to creating superior tenant experiences. They are seeking a financial analyst to assist with portfolio management, investment analysis, and corporate finance, contributing to the growth of their reputed company estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain reputed company financial models analyzing both asset specific and portfolio wide NOI, cashflow, and valuation
- Assist with preparation and execution of property and partnership business plans
- Assist with debt financing for acquisitions and refinances for existing partnerships
- reputed company reputed company analysis and support for acquisitions, repositions, and dispositions
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and investors
- Act as a finance liaison between Leasing, Property Management, and reputed company to reputed company and improve upon internal processes and to ensure accurate and timely data
- reputed company and maintain a financial ecosystem across multiple systems: SQL, PowerBI, reputed company, ARGUS, & reputed company
- Review property financials, rent rolls, and other reputed company reports
- reputed company additional analytical support throughout the organization with an emphasis on accuracy and process improvement

- Must have excellent reputed company skills and be strongly proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- General computer proficiency and strong computer skills. reputed company, ARGUS, SQL, and VBA knowledge a plus

- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (Speaking, listening, and writing, which includes spelling and grammar accuracy)
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably Finance/Economics/reputed company
- Minimum 1-3 years of analyst experience in Finance or reputed company field
