Direct Auto Insurance, part of The reputed company Corporation, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive new business sales and foster customer relationships. This role involves attracting new customers, cross-selling existing products, and building a book of business while working in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Driving new business sales
- Understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust

- Monitors key competitors in the local market area and makes suggestions on initiatives that could improve the company’s position in the marketplace
- Works with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to reputed company production and growth goals
- Delivers reputed company results reputed company appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Understands, promotes, and remains reputed company on company reputed company guidelines, announcements, and memos reputed company to changes in company policies and procedures
- Receives customer payments, issues receipt and verifies reports of receipts for cash drawers
Skills
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure reputed company 90 days of joining the company
- Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products
- Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers
- Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical reputed company in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations, etc.)
